類型 01Type 01

假投資 · 高報酬Fake Investment

「老師帶單」「穩賺不賠」「保證年化 30%」——專門挑中高齡與退休族群。"Tip from a guru" / "Guaranteed 30% return" — targeting older and retired groups.

沒有穩賺的投資,要求加密貨幣或地下匯款的,一律是詐騙。No "guaranteed" returns. Requests for crypto or underground transfers — always a scam.
類型 02Type 02

假冒檢警 · 凍結帳戶Fake Police

「您涉嫌洗錢」「需配合監管帳戶」——用權威感製造恐慌,要求轉帳。"You're under investigation" / "We need a monitored account" — fear-based, demands transfers.

檢警不會電話要求轉帳。請當下打 165 反詐騙專線確認。Real police never ask for phone transfers. Call Taiwan's 165 hotline immediately.

假交友 · 投資聯詐Romance Scam

網路噓寒問暖數週後,才告訴你「有個內幕投資機會」——把感情變成籌碼。Weeks of attentive chats, then "an exclusive investment tip" — emotion turned into leverage.

網友從未見面就邀你投資、匯款、買 USDT,就要警覺。Met only online and asks for investing, transfers or USDT? Stop right there.
類型 04Type 04

假購物 · 退款解除Refund Trap

「您訂單異常」「需透過 ATM 解除分期」——用一連串引導讓人在恐慌下操作。"Order error" / "Use ATM to cancel instalments" — panic-driven step-by-step directions.

真正退款不會要你去 ATM 操作。掛電話、撥 165 確認。Real refunds never use ATMs. Hang up, call 165.
類型 05Type 05

假家人 · 借錢急用Family Impostor

「媽我手機壞了,這是新號碼」「先借我 5 萬週轉」——用親情急迫感施壓。"Mom, new number, my phone broke" / "Need NT$50K urgently" — exploiting family urgency.

用任何方式都先打回原本號碼或聯絡其他家人確認。Always call the original number first, or another family member to confirm.

釣魚簡訊 · 假連結Phishing SMS

「包裹通知」「健保卡異常」「電費繳款」——夾帶假網址,竊取帳密與信用卡資料。"Package alert" / "NHI card error" / "Bill due" — fake links steal logins and cards.

不點不知名簡訊連結。網址多看一眼,少一筆損失。Don't click unknown SMS links. A second look saves a wallet.
遇到詐騙怎麼辦If It Happens

四步驟,把傷害降到最低。Four steps — minimise the damage.

  1. 立即停止操作Stop Immediately

    不要按下確認,不要繼續匯款;越急的訊息,越要慢下來。Don't confirm, don't transfer. The more urgent it sounds, the slower you should go.

  2. 撥打 165 反詐專線Call 165 Hotline

    內政部警政署反詐騙諮詢專線,全年無休。可協助確認真偽與後續處理。Taiwan's national anti-fraud hotline — open year-round to verify and guide.

  3. 聯絡銀行與通知家人Bank & Family

    第一時間請銀行協助暫停帳戶或追回款項,並讓家人知道情況以防後續話術升級。Ask your bank to freeze or recall the transfer; tell family right away to prevent escalation.

  4. 就近警局報案備存File a Police Report

    保留簡訊、對話、匯款紀錄,到鄰近派出所完成正式報案備案。Keep texts, chats and receipts; file a formal report at the nearest station.
